Feeling stuck?

"Don't let them in, don't let them see"

Hi Reader, When there's so many things you could do, how do you decide what to do?

What if you get it wrong? Do you stay "frozen?"

How can you "let it go" when it feels overwhelming?

With a system to believe in yourself; to feel excited and confident about the change you desire in your professional life. Things can feel easier in your career and business, by reducing work-life overwhelm. The MOJO steps will help you to make the right decisions for you.

"It's time to see what I can do ... to test the limits and break through"

Quick tips to get started.

📝 Write the reasons that this is the right path for you.

This helps when the going gets tough. Perhaps ‘study will empower me to get a promotion’ or ‘starting this business feels exciting because..."

⌛ Avoid the overwhelm of being frozen by too many choices.

Career, health, relationships, money, and more. Set goals for 1-3 of these big life topics at a time. Trying to make too many changes at once can set you up to ‘fail’.

🧭 Feeling the pull of a dramatic life change?

Wherever you are in the world you are ultimately the same person inside. So, the same old problems from your past and behaviours-on-repeat will keep surfacing until you work on them.

I can help you with your future, but a qualified Counsellor or Psychologist is the right place to start if you are struggling with your past.

If you believe that a big life change is your best course of action, then get on and JFDI! Don’t ‘announce’ it on social, don’t put that pressure on yourself. Decide what you’d like and put a plan in place. Be excited by your own future, rather than needing others approval 💃🏻

Want more confidence and success in your work-life?

Get a personal plan to believe in yourself.

"No right, no wrong, no rules for me ... I'm free"

"You own it" Hi Reader, Have you ever tried to rap? I had a younger person telling me about this "great song" she'd been trying to learn the lyrics to... "had I heard it?" ... erm... yes! It was Eminem's 'Lose Yourself'. I smiled and gently broke the news to her that Eminem is older than me, and the song came out when I was not much older than her! She's determined to learn to say it like he does. It got me thinking about how being skilled, makes things look easy. Eminem's skill makes rapping...
